Unlocking the Secrets to Optimal Mental Performance: Join the Mental Performance Clinic on January 29-31, 2024
Haleigh Holom competed in 3-day eventing before pressing pause on her horse career to complete her Master's Degree in Social Work. In her day-to-day, she is a Mental Health Therapist at a group practice and a social work therapist within a psychiatric inpatient care unit.
Emerging from her lifelong passion for horses, competition, and working within the industry, Haleigh developed a mental performance coaching program for riders, helping you to overcome fears and obstacles while strengthening confidence so you can achieve riding goals and maximize your time in the tack. By helping you to understand how your brain and body reacts to pressure, Haleigh will help you sharpen your performance while finding your flow state with your horse in and out of the show ring.
For the HPF clinic, we plan to set times to allow riders who are in school (or at work) during the day to have the later time slots, and riders who don't have school or work to fill the time slots in the mornings/early afternoons. Day 1 and Day 2 will both be 1:1 unmounted sessions with Haleigh. Each session will last approximately 45 minutes.
Day 3 will be mounted sessions with Haleigh. These sessions will all have to be during the school day in order to allow Haleigh to catch her flight home, but these are only 30 minute sessions, so riders could potentially only check out for a couple of hours to get to their session.

After registration, you will receive an emailed waiver from Haleigh, as well as a waiver from HPF, if you do not already ride with us.
Clinic cost: $475 per participant (payable to HPF)
Auditing (1/31 only): no charge, but auditing is only open to the parents and coaches of the riders for this clinic.
Ages 10 and up.
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO WALK, TROT, AND CANTER SAFELY. If you aren't sure, ask your trainer.
